Note If you have any after-sales problems with solar panels, please provide the barcodes on the solar panels. We can track the production batches of the solar panels faster and solve your problems more quickly.

Return policy

1. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return packages within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are new, undamaged and unmodified, but in this case, we do not cover shipping costs for returns. If your item does not meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a return or exchange. 

2. BougeRV will cover the shipping costs when there a defective product, a wrong product. 

3. If your purchase is out of stock, we will send the notification and offer the option to cancel the order or wait for stock.

4. Please do not return the product without contacting us, as the address on the original package may not be the same as our return address.

5. Please note that BougeRV does not accept returns with product modifications as this would void our warranty policy. Any modified product received will be returned to you at your expense.

Q1：What devices can Flash 300 power?

A1:Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than a total of 600 watts.

Q2: Can the Flash 300 be charged while used?

A2: Yes, Flash 300 supports pass-through charging, but doing so will damage the battery life of your power station, sowe suggest you don't do that.

Q3: Does Flash 300 include a built-in MPPT controller?

A3: Yes, the Flash 300 fast charging power station has a built-in MPPT controller.

Q4: How to choose the solar panel, and what is the charge time?

A4: BougeRV provides a ONE-STOP SOLUTION. You can search on our website using the keyword: BougeRV Solar Panels. Charge time: Depends on the input power of the solar panel (the strength of the direct sunshine, realistic data varies from different temperatures, angles, weather, etc.)

Q5: Why does the remaining usage time on the Flash 300 display not match the actual usage time?

A5: Because the power of the appliance is in a dynamic fluctuation range, the software algorithm is calculated based on the real-time power. The actual use time will have a certain deviation from the display screen. This is a normal phenomenon.
