Shipping

  • How long will it take for my order to ship, and when can I expect to receive it?
    • We know you're eager to receive your order! It typically takes us 1-2 business days to prepare it for shipment. Once it’s on its way, it should arrive within 4-7 business days. In total, you can expect your order to be at your door within 5-9 business days.

    • If the delivery takes any longer, we’ll always keep you updated! You can also find specific shipping times on the product page.

Payment:

  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover),Elo, JCB, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Returns:

  • What is your return policy?
    • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee! If you’re not happy with your item, just let us know and we’ll make the return process smooth and easy. Check our comprehensive Return Policy page for more details.

Cancellation:

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Please notify us immediately at orders@offgridlux.com to cancel. Once the order is shipped, you can still return it within 30 days.

Damaged Products:

  • What if my product is damaged?
    • We do our best to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition. If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered. Please check the packaging when it arrives, and if you notice any damage, write “suspect damage” when you sign. If you find damage after opening, send us photos at orders@offgridlux.com, and we’ll take care of it right away with a replacement or refund.

Order Placement:

  • How do I place an order?
    • Shopping with us is simple! Just find the product you love, click "Add To Cart," and proceed to checkout. Once you enter your shipping and billing information, you’re all set. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation, and we’ll handle the rest!

Order Status:

  • How do I know when my order will ship?
    • As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. That way, you can follow your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. If you don’t hear from us in a few days, feel free to reach out!

Order Confirmation:

  • Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?
    • Yes! Right after you place your order, we’ll send a confirmation to the email address you provided. It’s always a good idea to save that email for your records, just in case!

Sales Tax:

  • Do you charge sales tax?
    • We’re based in Wyoming, so we only charge sales tax for orders shipping within Wyoming. That means most customers won’t need to worry about extra costs at checkout!

  • Can I change my order?
