Concerned about potential damage to your product?

We recommend inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you detect any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. In cases where you are unable to inspect the package during delivery but suspect damage, kindly indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
