HOW TO  USE:

Warm the milk to 40˚C or 104˚F, switch on the separator, and pour it into a 12-liter or 3,2-gallon milk container.

HOW MUCH CAN YOU GET?

• If you have 10 liters or 2,6 gallons of milk, you can expect to get approximately 1 liter or 2,6 gallons of cream.

• The cream will have 10 times more fat than the milk that you separate. This means that if the milk has 3.2% fat, the cream will have 32% fat.

• If you want cream with less fat content, you can mix it with low-fat milk obtained after separation.

• it is recommended to wash the plates inside the drum after every 20-25 liters or 5-7 gallons (two bowls) of milk.
