Note:
It can be connected to AC 100~220V home power supply with equipped 360W AC adapter. When you are outside, you can connect it to the portable power station or generator. Do not use a car battery or power inverter to run the air conditioner, otherwise, the battery will be drained or the fuse will be blown.

BougeRV Provides a one-year warranty for customers who purchase on Amazon and the BougeRV official website.
Warranty Period
The warranty is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original purchaser. In order to establish the start of the warranty period, the purchaser must provide a screenshot of the order from the amazon or the website.
Tips
If there is any problem with the product, you can provide us with pictures and videos for identification. After the confirmation of the technicians, we will provide return and exchange services with you.

Exclusions
BougeRV's warranty does not apply to:
- Product damage caused by the consumer not following the recommendations. Besides, including any damage caused by fire, earthquakes, acts of third parties, other accidents, intentional or negligent use of the customer, misoperation or use under other abnormal conditions.
- Damage caused by disassembling the machine without authorization or maintained by a non-designated maintenance site.
- Products purchase neither on BougeRV Amazon store nor BougeRVs official website.
- If the batter is not charged or discharged for a long time, it is not covered by the warranty. For protecting customer rights, please fully chrage the battery within 7 days after receiving the product. After that ,we suggest charging and discharging at least every 6 months.

A: You can use the formula to calculate: 1100WH * 0.9 / operating power of your device. The duration of our equipment is based on laboratory data, and the duration of specific equipment used may vary.
Q3: What is the charge time?
A: Charge time: Depends on the input power of the solar panel (the strength of the direct sunshine, realistic data varies from different temperatures, angles, weather, etc.)
Q4: Can charge and discharge at the same time?
A: Yes, the 1100Wh power station supports pass-through charging, but it will decrease the battery life, so we suggest you don’t do that.
Q5: What is the noise level of BougeRV?
A: The noise level will be less than 40DB ( 10-centimeter distance ).
Q6: Is the 1100Wh power station waterproof?
A: The 1100Wh power station is not waterproof. Please do not store them in humid environment for longtime.
