Warranty Period
The warranty period is up to 3 years starts on the date of the item is purchased from zendure.com or an authorized retailer.
Zendure also provides other special warranty period, please review your product's documentation for information about the duration of warranty protection.

To receive a warranty extension, you’ll need to register your product in the Zendure app, and there may be additional costs or other conditions involved.The list above indicates the warranty periods for products purchased from Zendure or its retail partners.
To verify your purchase and to better serve you, we may require information about your order (The sales receipt including date of purchase, order ID/number, and the name of the retailer) ,warranty card, and when applicable, your product's serial number.
Exclusions
Warranty Exclusions:
- The warranty will not cover claims under the following circumstances:
- Inability to provide proof of purchase as an authorized reseller
- Instances of force majeure, including but not limited to, natural disasters, social upheaval, or government intervention
- Damage resulting from accidental incidents, misuse, abuse, or non-compliant use
- Incorrect application of electrical specifications or improper installation
- Unauthorized modifications or repair attempts
- Removal, defacing, or tampering with product identification markers
- Products obtained from unauthorized distribution channels or sources
- Warranty void if products are provided as promotional items or gifts
- Usage beyond designated regions or inaccessible delivery areas
- Superficial defects not impairing product functionality
- Battery cell warranty conditions not met, including charging requirements
- Non-transferability of warranty to end-users
The warranty coverage and terms are subject to review and may be adjusted at the discretion of the authorized entity. Final determinations regarding warranty service eligibility and solutions will be made by the authorized support team.
The Zendure Care Team will make a final determination regarding warranty service.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At OffGrid Lux, we adhere to Zendure's robust Returns & Refunds Policy to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines:
Returns:
- Items may be returned to Zendure within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- To initiate a return, please contact Zendure's support center and provide your name, details of the item(s) for return, and order information along with valid proof of purchase.
- Buyers must include the defective item's serial number and/or visual proof of the defect, and may be asked to return the item for quality inspection.
- Zendure's support team will respond within 1-2 business days to process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). All returns must be assigned an RMA number for processing.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), Zendure will process refunds within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the product to Zendure's facility.
Please note that this Returns & Refunds Policy is provided by Zendure and applies to all purchases made through OffGrid Lux. For further assistance or inquiries regarding returns and refunds, please contact Zendure's support center directly.
Replacement:
Zendure will replace (at Zendure's expense) any Zendure product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material if that product is not repairable. The expiration date of the replacement product’s warranty will be the same as that of the original product. Please note that for quality-related warranty claim requests, the product will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, in case if refurbished model is not available in our stock. A brand new product will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option. Zendure will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.
Please contact Zendure's support center and include your name, order number and information about the products(s). Zendure's staff will reply within 1-2 business days for processing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days to process your replacement.
