SwellPro shall not be liable for any loss or disclosure of data contained in the product, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information.

SwellPro shall not assume any liability for direct or indirect losses, including property damage and personal injury or death, caused by the user's failure to follow the guidelines in the "Product User Manual" and the "Terms of Safe Drone Flight."

SwellPro reserves the right to refuse to provide free after-sales service if the user cannot provide corresponding flight data cases (such as being unable to provide flight data).

Unless otherwise expressly provided in this warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwellPro shall not be liable for direct, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from failure to follow relevant instructions — including loss of use, income, profits, savings, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, data corruption, damage, or any indirect losses.

Part 2: Relevant Laws and Regulations

Service Scope: SwellPro solemnly promises that under normal use and routine maintenance conditions, the products you purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship within the warranty period. The product warranty period starts at 0:00 on the day following the date you receive the goods. If you cannot provide valid purchase vouchers (e.g., invoices), please provide the aircraft’s SN code and contact the salesperson or after-sales support center promptly. You can check the warranty period and the specific content of after-sales service in detail in "Part 5 – Types and Procedures of After-sales Service."

Warranty Restrictions Governed by Consumer Law: Unless otherwise expressly stated, to the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty and the remedies it covers are exclusive and shall replace all other express or implied warranties and remedies, whether oral or written. SwellPro expressly disclaims any liability for statutory or implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties against hidden or latent defects. If such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, they shall be limited to the extent mandatorily required. Dealers, agents, or employees of SwellPro are not authorized to modify or extend this warranty. If any provision is held illegal or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

Your Other Rights: This warranty statement grants you additional, specific rights. You may also have other legal rights depending on the applicable laws of your country/region or jurisdiction, as well as any written agreement you signed with SwellPro. Nothing in this warranty shall affect those legal rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

Part 3: Scope Not Covered by the After-sales Policy

The after-sales guarantee of this policy does not cover the following situations. If your device encounters any of the following or similar issues, it will be deemed ineligible for free warranty under the SwellPro after-sales policy.

Damage Caused by Improper Human Use

1. Damage Caused by Deliberate Acts:
Deliberate Collision and Destruction: For purposes other than functional testing or normal use, the user deliberately impacts the product against hard objects (e.g., crashing a drone into a wall or tree), resulting in cracked housings and damaged internal components.
Malicious Disassembly of Key Product Components: For example, forcefully removing the flight control system chip of the aircraft, causing the entire flight control system to paralyze.

2. Damage Caused by Negligence:
Accidental Collision during Operation: Due to inattentiveness or failure to notice the surroundings, the product collides with objects during flight — resulting in damage such as scratched lenses or damaged arms.
Accidental Drop during Handling: Improper handling, such as throwing the product or dropping it down stairs, may deform its appearance or loosen internal circuits.
Failure to Notice Usage Environment Limitations: For example, operating the device in a high-temperature environment without proper heat-dissipation may cause overheating or internal damage.
Neglect of Waterproof and Dust-proof Features: Using the product in humid, dusty, or otherwise adverse conditions without proper protection can cause short-circuiting or blockage of ventilation.

Unauthorized Modification and Illegal Operation

1. Unauthorized Modification Acts:
Modification of Main Structure: Altering the physical structure (e.g., changing wing shape or material) without permission may destabilize the product and lead to failure.
Modification of Main Appearance: Customizing the product’s housing (cutting, drilling, or adding parts) may damage internal circuits or affect essential functions.
Circuit Modification: Altering the product’s circuit (adding components or replacing chips) can result in excessive current, overheating, or electromagnetic issues.
Modification of Electronic Components: Replacing parts with non-original components may lead to compatibility issues, incorrect data collection, or malfunction.

2. Illegal Operation Acts:
Function Use Beyond Specifications: Deliberately bypassing the product's limitations (e.g., flight altitude or load) through methods like software cracking can cause component damage or loss of control.
Operation Not in Accordance with Specified Steps: Failing to follow the proper startup, shutdown, or switching sequence as detailed in the manual may damage the device.
Omission of Key Steps: Skipping essential calibration or initialization steps (e.g., not calibrating the compass before flight) can lead to incorrect operation and potential accidents.

Damage Caused by the Usage Environment and External Interference

1. Impact of Severe Natural Environments: Extreme cold, high temperature and sun exposure, strong wind, or heavy rain (when using non-waterproof devices) can cause malfunctions such as brittle components, deformation, or short-circuits.

2. Electromagnetic and Wireless Interference: Using the product near strong magnetic fields or in environments with heavy electromagnetic noise can lead to scrambled data, disrupted wireless signals, or device malfunctions.

Power Supply and Accessory-Related Issues

1. Improper Use of Batteries and Chargers: Using incompatible or non-original chargers may cause battery overcharge, bulging, leakage, or even explosions, and damage the charging circuit.

2. Use of Non-Official Accessories: Installing third-party accessories not certified by SwellPro may cause compatibility issues, data errors, or device malfunctions.

Other Special Situations Leading to After-sales Restrictions

1. Lack of Product Identification and Certification: The product’s serial number must be intact and legible. Removal, smearing, or severe wear that obscures the serial number renders the product ineligible for free warranty. Counterfeit or tampered serial numbers that do not match official records will also void the warranty.

2. Purchase Voucher and After-sales Process Issues: Failure to provide valid purchase proof (invoice, receipt, etc.) or delayed warranty application (beyond 7 days after failure) results in ineligibility for free after-sales service.

Product State Continuity Issues

1. Continuing to Use a Damaged Product: If a product with minor faults continues to be used without timely repair, it may worsen—leading to complete internal damage or motherboard burnout.

2. Data Loss and Improper Software Use: Using unauthorized software (e.g., third-party firmware upgrades) may cause system crashes, startup failures, or other malfunctions.

Part 4: How to Obtain After-sales Service

  1. Basic Preparation Work: Comply with SwellPro's established service process specifications and prepare key information (purchase voucher, contact details, and a correctly filled after-sales work order). Provide complete flight logs if required.
  2. Differences in Cross-regional Mail-in Repairs: Return/exchange policies and service details vary by region. SwellPro will adjust its service strategy based on local regulations. Global warranty is not supported; repairs outside the purchase area may be paid services. For cross-border repairs, prior consent and additional costs (tariffs, customs, etc.) are required.
  3. Requirements before Sending the Product for Repair:
    • No Need to Send Back Everything: Remove all undamaged parts and only return the main product that requires repair.
    • Proper Packaging: Package the product securely to protect it from damage during transit.
    • Take Photos for Record-keeping: Photograph the product and its packaging from multiple angles.
    • Purchase Logistics Insurance: Protect against loss or damage during shipping.
    • Requirements for Returning Batteries: Do not send back batteries that are damaged.
    • Confirmation of Sender and Receiver Information: Double-check addresses to avoid errors.
    • Personalized Items: Remove any personalized items (e.g., stickers, paint) before shipping.
    • Personal Data: Back up all important data, as SwellPro is not responsible for data loss during repair.
  4. Repair Solutions: Describe the problem in detail. SwellPro’s technical support will attempt remote assistance; if that’s not feasible, a nearby repair center may be assigned.
  5. Details of Data Analysis Service: Data analysis is available only for products within the warranty period. Complete flight logs and detailed incident descriptions are required. Out-of-warranty products may incur repair costs.
  6. Inspection and Fees: The faulty product will be inspected at a SwellPro-authorized center. If a quality defect is confirmed, SwellPro will cover inspection and repair costs; otherwise, paid repairs or product return options will apply.
  7. Handling of Abandoning Repair: If you decide to abandon the repair after SwellPro has received the device, it will be returned at your expense.
  8. Receiving Inspection: Upon receiving the repaired product, inspect for any damage incurred during transit. Report any issues within 7 days; otherwise, the product will be deemed undamaged.
  9. Severe Water Ingress or Serious Damage: If the product has severe water ingress or significant damage, SwellPro may offer a paid product purchase service instead of repair.

Part 5: Types and Procedures of After-sales Service

SwellPro is committed to providing a high-quality service experience for all certified customers, including return, exchange, and repair support. For more detailed information, please contact the SwellPro After-sales Support Center.

Return Service

1. Return Conditions

Within 30 natural days after the customer successfully receives the goods, if the product's outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and instruction manual remain intact, the product has not been damaged by any human factors, has not been used, and the overall condition does not affect secondary sales, the customer has the right to apply for a return.

If the customer discovers performance failures caused by non-human-made damage within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, they are also eligible to apply for a return.

2. Restricted Return Situations

Within 30 natural days after the customer successfully receives the goods, if the product's outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and instruction manual remain intact, the product has not been damaged by any human factors, has not been used, and the overall condition does not affect secondary sales, the customer has the right to apply for a return.

If the customer discovers performance failures caused by non-human-made damage within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, they are also eligible to apply for a return.

If the professional technical support department of SwellPro detects that there is no quality problem with the product itself, the return application will not be accepted.

If the return application is submitted more than 30 natural days from the date of receipt, it will not be accepted.

When related items (outer packaging, accessories, gifts, or instruction manual) are incomplete, or if there are signs of damage to the product due to human factors, the return request will be rejected.

If the customer cannot provide a legal and valid purchase voucher or document, or if there are improper acts such as forging or altering the document, SwellPro reserves the right to reject the return.

For collisions and burn-outs not caused by product quality, as well as issues caused by unauthorized modification, intrusion of foreign objects (e.g., water, oil, sand), incorrect installation, or failure to follow the manual, the return application will not be accepted.

If the product label, machine serial number, anti-counterfeiting mark, etc. are torn or altered, the return procedures cannot be processed.

Products damaged due to force majeure factors such as fires, floods, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, or other inevitable disasters are not eligible for return.

If the customer fails to send out the corresponding items within 15 natural days after contacting SwellPro to confirm the return service, the application will be regarded as invalid.

In cases that meet other non-returnable situations specified in this policy, returns will not be accepted. Please refer to "Part 3: Scope Not Covered by the After-sales Policy".

 

Free Warranty Service

1. Warranty Application Channels and Time Limit

During the valid warranty period of the product, if the product encounters performance failures caused by non-human external forces, you can apply for our warranty service. For the detailed warranty period of major components, please refer to the "Warranty Period Table for Major Components" in this description.

2. Applicable Situations for Free Warranty

Normal Use Limit: From the date of your product purchase, within the specified warranty period, if the product develops performance or appearance failures due to normal use and non-human factors, free warranty service may be applied for.

Original and Unmodified Standard: The product should remain in its original state without unauthorized disassembly, modification, or addition operations not permitted by the official instruction manual. There should be no signs of self-disassembly on the product shell, and the internal circuits and components should remain in the original factory configuration.

Document Provision Requirements: You must provide legal and valid purchase certificates, relevant documents, and order numbers to prove the purchase source and date. This includes regular invoices, electronic order screenshots, or sales receipts, and the order numbers should be clearly traceable.

3. Restricted Situations for Free Warranty

For situations that restrict free warranty, please refer to "Part 3: Scope Not Covered by the After-sales Policy".

Exchange Service

1. Exchange Conditions

Within 30 natural days starting from 0:00 on the day after the customer receives the goods, if the product is damaged during transportation and the customer can provide a damage certificate issued by the transportation company, an exchange may be applied for.

Within 30 natural days starting from 0:00 on the day after the customer receives the goods, if the product seriously does not match the original product description in one or more key aspects, the customer has the right to request an exchange.

If a performance failure caused by non-human-made damage is found within the same period, the exchange service may also be applied for.

2. Restricted Exchange Situations

If the professional technical support department of SwellPro detects that there is no quality problem with the product itself, the exchange application will not be accepted.

If the exchange application is submitted more than 30 natural days starting from 0:00 on the day after receipt, the request will be rejected.

If the customer cannot provide a legal purchase voucher or document, or if there are acts of forging or altering the document, the exchange will not be granted.

If the exchanged product is incomplete, or if the product appearance is damaged due to human factors, the exchange cannot be processed.

For collisions and burn-outs not caused by product quality, as well as issues due to unauthorized modification, intrusion of foreign objects (e.g., water, oil, sand), incorrect installation, or failure to follow the manual, exchanges will not be granted.
