This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts (grip tape, wheels & bearings) unless due to a defect in materials or workmanship, and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

Electrical damage caused by improper use of the battery: This includes using an unapproved charger, leaving the battery uncharged for a long time, or plugging the power cable in the wrong way. Please charge the battery responsibly and regularly (at least once a month). If your battery cannot be charged because you kept it uncharged for more than 1 month, it may enter into deep sleeping mode and not work again. You will have to buy a new battery at your own cost.

Water damage caused by improper use: This includes using the product in snow, wet, or flooded conditions. Our products are rain-resistant, not waterproof. Please use them with care!

Damage caused by accidents, disasters, or improper use: This includes racing, jumping, or being overweight.

Damage caused by not following the User’s Manual: This includes not following proper maintenance procedures.

Courier service-related damages or missing parcels: Once our products leave the warehouse, Freego has absolutely no control over them. However, Freego is willing to assist the buyer in getting compensation from the courier service. Freego suggests the buyer contact the shipping carrier first for any missing or broken items. This proof is the key to getting any compensation.

Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use: This includes but is not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products, improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.

Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage: Unless caused by Freego.

Product with tampered serial numbers or bar codes: This includes any serial number or bar code that is removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.

Ordinary wear and tear.

Defects or damage caused by the use of unauthorized accessories or equipment: This includes any ancillary or peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Freego.

Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment: This includes any manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
Refund and Return Policy
To streamline and ensure a smooth return process, we have updated our return policy to better serve you. For any returns to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition:
- The product must remain unopened and undamaged upon receipt. It should not have undergone any assembly, alterations, or incurred any scratches or damages.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging to preserve its resale value and ensure it does not impede our ability to resell it.
- For electric bikes, the odometer must show less than ten (10) miles.

Return Request:
- Customers must provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and a reason for the return.
- To start a return, you can reach us via email and follow our Return and Refund Policy. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers initiating a return will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- If the return is a result of our error (receiving defective or incorrect products), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Charges and Deductions:
- Refunds will be processed after deducting the initial shipping fee and any associated bank transaction charges from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer's original payment method or account.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged for customers changing their minds or refusing a shipment.
- For opened, tested, or used items, restocking fees will be charged depending on the condition of the item.

- Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your refund.
- We need to refund your card bank first within 48 hours. However, your card bank may need 7-14 business days to transfer the money to your card account. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask your card bank for detailed information.
